Write About This

This app has a free version and a paid for version.  Both apps give a picture for students to respond to that will help start a writing activity.  The free version has 50 images and the paid app ($3.99) has 125 images.  Teachers are also able to upload their own pictures for students to use.
My students recently researched Mardi Gras on using World Book.  They were required to write at least five facts in their journal.  Once they finished there research they used the iPad app to write about Mardi Gras.  Using this app the students were able to save their writing as an image.
